This doll should not be played with.
Although she looks very humble, the world’s “most haunted doll” – an antique toy believed to be owned by a bride named Elizabeth – is alleged to have scratched, grabbed and attacked 17 boys in fits of wild rage.
“It looks like the doll has a hatred of men,” paranormal investigator Lee Steer, 37, of the UK, told Kennedy News.
The desperation seeker, who bought the toy for nearly $1,000 on eBay, recently fell victim to toy terrorism, claiming he was left with severe back scratches while in his museum’s “bride doll room”.
“People say he hates married men and goes around scratching married men,” Steer said. “I suspect she is the most haunted doll in the UK.”
But she is far from the only creepy beauty who curses the citizens of Great Britain.
Aisha Barratt, 35, a property caretaker based in London resident of an abandoned hospital, previously discovered that her unconventional crib crawled with tortured souls.
“I’m living in fear!” the millennial confessed to over 500,000 TikTok viewers as she gave ghost fans a grand tour.
And, across the pond in NYC, music geeks claim that rock legend Jimi Hendrix’s West Village studio, The Electric Lady, is also haunted.
“Almost every assistant I know has had some kind of late-night viewing when they’re alone,” Grammy-winning mixer Michael Brauer told The Post earlier this month.
But Steer says his demon puppet doesn’t need its target to be alone before it attacks. In fact, shows claim he was attacked while in the company of his girlfriend, Sarah Carter, 32, and another spiritual sleuth.
“I was doing an investigation and I had a burning sensation in my neck,” Steer said. “At first I didn’t think much of it.”
“When they [Sarah and the other investigator] mentioned that I had scratches on my back, the burning sensation subsided,” he continued, comparing the marks Elizabeth left to a pentagram.
“It looks like the doll hates men,” added the expert. “People say she hates married men and goes around scratching married men.”
But Steer’s colleague Jon-Paul Kenny, 34, felt the doll’s wrath as he filmed a TikTok Live while on a date with girlfriend Kymmi Jeffrey, 38, in the bride’s doll room.
“I had my shirt on and I was just talking to him and I felt someone grab my shirt and touch my skin,” Kenny said.
“Where they touched my skin, my shirt came off”, he said. “I reacted and it felt like someone had come up behind me and pulled my shirt and wanted my attention.”
“I kept thinking I was seeing the bride’s wife [all night too]. I wasn’t scared, but it put me on edge.”
The hair-raising moment was also caught on camera.
“It was 100% the bride doll that did this to me,” Kenny insisted, claiming he was told he favors Elizabeth’s fiance. “That night I felt as if I had also seen her in the corner of my eye in a white dress.”
“All night we were going around and I could feel it – it was amazing.”
But Steer says the doll often leaves the ladies alone.
“What he attacked were all the men and never the women,” he explained. “She [the doll] moved things around the room while Sara was there, but she only claimed to have scratched a man.”
Elizabeth has also been accused of throwing perfume bottles and blurting out creepy words such as “bride” and “haunting” on screens.
However, the motive of the little troublemaker remains unknown.
“Why she’s doing this is a mystery,” Steer said. “Some people think she was treated badly by a man, and some people think her wedding went wrong, so that’s why she’s chasing a bridal doll.”
“It could also be the fact that Elizabeth has always been the center of attention at the museum and now we’re getting new items and she’s feeling a bit jealous,” the father-of-two continued.
“We have famous items from The Conjuring now and maybe she’s feeling a bit forgotten so she’s making herself known in the most extreme way.”
And Steer’s girlfriend, Carter, is making it known that she won’t be in Elizabeth’s presence unaccompanied.
“I’m not going through the bridal room because you have to walk across the room to get to the light switch, so it’s pitch black. [when you first go in]she said.
“If I ever go to turn on the light, it messes with the light switch,” Carter said.
“She knows it makes me nervous and I hate it.”
